Job Description:
We are seeking a professional Account Manager to join our team. As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic personal lines book of business. You will create and maintain positive relationships, understand clients' needs, and connect them with appropriate products and services. The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong sales and negotiation skills. 

Responsibilities
  • Identify client needs and risk mitigation opportunities
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Seek out and participate in industry events and opportunities to understand the latest trends and developments
  • Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure strong retention and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in continuing education and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends
  • Review and verify client audits 
 Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience 
  • Valid state insurance licensing
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance industry products and offerings
  • Strong computer and technology skills 

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
